Once finalised, we provide an accurate, itemised quote based directly on your approved design — meaning absolutely no hidden costs. You'll know exactly what you're paying for, down to the last detail. And here's our promise: if you find a better price elsewhere, your design is yours to keep — no questions asked. What a fantastic job Jack and the team did! As well as providing a very competitive quote they completed the works to budget and to a great timescale to get us the extension we needed before Christmas. Communication was positive throughout the job and the sharing of design ideas and their experience was essential to achieve the results we wanted. I am writing concerning the excellent service and work undertaken by Wayne Triggs Building Services for Pennine Lancashire Community Farm as small Charity in Burnley. Wayne Triggs supported by Graham help us create a 168 square meter wooden frame building. Wayne worked positively with the Charity in undertaking all tasks, including sourcing appropriate materials, agreeing tasks, providing effective contacts etc. The end of this process has been the creation of fantastic environmental friendly building.

NMB have renewed my faith in builders! Nevin came to quote my job and we spent a good 2 hours planning every aspect of the project. He was very thorough and it is clear that he genuinely cares about his work! When the time came I was anxious about having workmen in my house however Eddie and Liam were a pleasure to have in my home. I really cannot praise their work enough. Their attention to detail is second to none! I have recommended NMB to my friends and I look forward to using them again In the future.

I had my back lawn replaced with artificial grass and bordered with wooden sleepers. The standard of the work was absolutely first class, better than I imagined it could be TBH. The lads all worked diligently and with minimum disruption or noise and were courteous and polite, I was a little concerned because I have an elderly neighbour who I didn't want to be disturbed by unnecessary noise or bad language, I needn't have worried! On time, worked hard, cracked on, got the job done and tidied up afterwards
