When we use outside contractors for electrical or gas work you will be issued with the relevant signed off electrical or gas safe certification. Sam built the brick and block walls and roof for our 40m2 first floor extension. The first thing he did was point out that a previous builder we had in had used the wrong bricks, then he found us the right ones. A good start. Always quiet, considerate, unflustered and a good choice of music. Very good at cleaning up afterwards. Brickwork is excellent: the window fitters commented on the accuracy of the openings. The price was good and was as quoted, so no nasty surprises. Highly recommended.

Mr Gill does design work, carpentry and joinery, bathrooms and kitchens (including tiling). I would definitely use him again and will ask him to quote for an en suite refurbishment in the future.
