I first started many years ago as an apprentice in the new build housing business undertaking many tasks such as roofing & constructional jobs though mainly joinery tasks. Skirting board replacement. Nice guy, arrived on time. The work could have been neater, and i did get involved and help do some of the work to tidy things up a bit, we revisited some parts of the job and did them again, to be fair its an old house with wonky walls which complicated things, and it was a big job. He is hard working and and very accomodating, and whenever i asked him to change something he did. Overall i would use him again

Seemed keen, didn’t show up, no contact. Chased him, said he had a car crash so I checked he was alright and rearranged for today. Again no reply to my texts, no warning he wasn’t coming, so I’ve wasted a week having believed he was coming on two occasions. Lack of communication shows he’s not bothered apparently.
