We requested that the bathroom was taken out and the pump parts kept. Unfortunately the pump was ripped out badly so we cannot reuse it. The young apprentice also caused alot of damage / mess and did not clean up. The plasterer they used was really good. Did not turn up when they said they would. Also really hassled for money once job was done, even though we had some outstanding issues. Shame as we were looking for a reliable worker to help with another local renovation.

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. I found Dan very unprofessional and dishonest, I do not recommend. The two main reasons that can fit within the character limit are: 1) Terrible communication over 3 months for him to finish the job, 2) after he increased the price of the job he ignored requests for a detailed quote, but from basic calculations it is clear that the profit also went up from the previous quote even though he said that would take care of it for no extra charge because it was his fault for bringing fittings of the wrong size.
