David and his team were brilliant to deal with. David got in touch shortly after I posted the advert. He gave me a good price and arranged to come out to sort everything. After he sent me a text on the original date, we decided to wait until a drier day. When I eventually cancelled the job, he refused to refund the deposit. His company website is a false front. His company cannot be contacted via the website, his social media links at the top right and bottom left of the page link to Sky News. Macklin Glazing is also not registered with companies house.

We have been through 7 months trying to get our cabin and decking and patio rectified to an acceptable standard. They started off well and Elliott had a great attitude but his employee was terrible and couldn't cut two planks the same length leaving everything looking really like a DIY project gone wrong. They now have a qualified joiner who is a big improvement and he was working his way through all the defects and rebuilding planters, relaying the patio and re cladding the cabin. Now they have disappeared
