Manchester pointing and restoration is a dad and lad team that have expanded in to a six man team that can handle any job big or small. We specialise in raking out existing mortar jet washing the walls and surrounding areas clean and then repointing with necessary mortar that the brick work requires. We also specialise in repointing chimneys and chemical cleaning of any kind.

Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished. A couple friends visited on Sunday and were amazed with the results Even Bow ( my German Shepherd) noticed the change and kept looking and sniffing at the floor. The basic work was done, but I’d agreed with mark that he does a number of other pieces of work because the price I’d agreed with him was too much for resetting of 30 or so bricks. But before I knew anything about it he’d taken down the scaffolding and packed up claiming he’d done everything possible. I’d paid handsomely for a days work, I got a couple of hours max. I found Dan very unprofessional and dishonest, I do not recommend. The two main reasons that can fit within the character limit are: 1) Terrible communication over 3 months for him to finish the job, 2) after he increased the price of the job he ignored requests for a detailed quote, but from basic calculations it is clear that the profit also went up from the previous quote even though he said that would take care of it for no extra charge because it was his fault for bringing fittings of the wrong size.
