Good communicator/s with video and photographic viewing and examples, which gave me confidence as I wasn't an 'on-site' client. Highly recommended.

The work done on our home was excellent however we are now waiting for the guarantee of work certificate as promised and after 4 attempts to obtain this my messages are not being answered. This is a shame as the work was good. If you are thinking of selling your home and need the certificate as we now do I would not recommend.
