No reservations in recommending William Winter. He and his two lads attended promptly and worked diligently to repair the chimney and roofing to a high standard. The boys were polite and appreciative of cold drinks offered. William took photos of the damage and his quote was more than reasonable. Helpfully, he pointed out areas that could prove troublesome which were dealt with promptly.

Craig carried out some roof repairs these were completed, with some issues with scaffolding being put up and taken down. However an issue with guttering which he was due return to fix has not been dealt with despite trying to get hold of him on many occasions.

Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. Marius was thorough, professional and an expert at his trade. He was easy, pleasant to have around and explained the whole process from the start. He delivered on time and was great value.

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.
