Whilst there were a few initial problems with moving the date he was supposed to come, when he arrived he kept my parents updated as to what he was doing. Connor was great to deal with in organising the job and agreeing a budget and Wayne (who did the relaying) worked to a high standard and was courteous, professional and honest - he told me the flashing didn’t actually need doing, as what was already there was fine.
