It was a pleasure to have him on site. Our repointing was a horrible job to do but he did it without complaint and we are delighted with the results. He was always cheerful and friendly even when working in the rain. He was as tidy as he could be with the type of work and cleaned up the site well before he left. Couldn't have asked for more. Ben was excellent from start to finish. Even though he lives 100 miles away. We sorted exactly what we wanted by phone and photos. Turned up exactly when he said he would.
