In total 4 ridge tiles were broken, old tiles kept to show us the fault. New tiles in place and look very good. Extra work requested on the conservatory to fix leaks, still waiting to see if this has worked, but feel confident. A very good job done in the required time.

Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused

Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished. A couple friends visited on Sunday and were amazed with the results Even Bow ( my German Shepherd) noticed the change and kept looking and sniffing at the floor. I really appreciated them working so hard they were given plenty of coffees, cokes, plus burger and chips. Thank you -Linda

Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade. Marius was outstanding in every respect. We recently bought a house that had engineered oak wood flooring that has been stained in a dark tone. Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. Marius was thorough, professional and an expert at his trade. He was easy, pleasant to have around and explained the whole process from the start. He delivered on time and was great value.
