Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

First class service. Received a call and described the job Engineer Calum sent next day. Arrived on time diagnosed the problem. Replacement Inverter required this was collected and by the afternoon everything was back up and running. Recommend this firm highly!

Dougie & his team arrived prompt. Took two hours to ensure that EVERY slipped or missing slate was replaced. They nsured that no daylight was visible from the loft and they even cleaned my gutters & swept my driveway. Extremely competitive quote and price. FIVE STARS ALL ROUND.
