After a couple of weeks of laying our Kardean flooring our downstairs neighbours informed us that they had water pouring through their ceiling. Upon inspection, and after ripping up a vast majority of our new flooring, it was found that the 25mm nails that Greg had used to fix the plywood down to the 18mm floorboards had PUNCTURED A WATER PIPE in 2 places. Once Greg was informed of this he has taken NO RESPONSIBILITY for this whatsoever and has NO INSURANCE to pay us. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

WAHT Locale renovated our bathroom with a new floor and tiling. They was able to fit the job in quickly for us and picked up materials which saved us on delivery costs which was great. Thanks to an badly fitted toilet and a rotten floor, a 2-3 day job turned into a week, but they were very patient while we got everything sorted. We’re really happy with the way the bathroom turned out, and they gave us some great advice the whole way though the job. They also came back to sort out a very minor issue!

Unfortunately I have to change my rating. They did tell me to reinforce the roof so when it leaked a week after completion that is not entirely their fault. However, I told them about the leak at the start of August and got the roof fixed at the beginning of September after a long drawn out chat. Then on the 18th of September they finally said it was not their problem and I was taking it too personally. I just wish they said it initially. They also didn't bolt down the toilet, it's the little things!
