Very pleased with the work done, not quite finished yet but happy to pay the bill and await their return next week to complete works. Work done quickly and efficiently. Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

Would give 4.5/5.0 stars if I could Job involved full rewiring, suspended ceilings, splitting storage area into 4 smaller ones - I'm very happy with those Most things went pretty well, but there were few things why I can't give full 5 stars, primarily: * There was some miscommunication between Michael and the electricians * While Michael was sick with Covid-19, some of his junior's work quality was not as good. * Few things were missed, but I DIY'd it. Will definitely contact Michael for future jobs.
Mikel is a very hard and honest worker. He understands what he is doing and despite the complexity of the job, which was not only the fencing I had instructed him to do through this site, but a complete refurbishment of the garden including a lot of natural stonework .It was not an easy job. As to the previous person who complained about Mikel -well there has just been enormous storms and fencing was hard to get and all the cheap stuff was gone. I have no hesitation in recommending Mikel .
I am an experienced roofer and take pride in my work. I am fully equipped and competent from cleaning out a gutter to stripping a roof and recovering with new felt and batten and appropriate slates/tiles.
Very pleased from someone I did not know before and I had to hire from a distance. Have already recommended to my usual repairs man who does not do roofs. Congratulations.
After initially being fantastic they have now dissapeared,we have been chasing them for 3 months and been fobbed off. So they happily took our £5000 and have left us with a kitchen island that is falling apart and all the plastering around our new window that they installed has been damaged/ripped off and just left like that (even though they did the plastering in the first place), we now have to pay someone else to do it - which we cant afford as our money went to these guys. Completely let us down.

Despite giving 10-year guarantee, the conservatory is leaking and he is not responding at all despite many emails, photographs, phone calls. Very disappointing.. avoid as the work does not stand up to the test of time.
Tim was not able to start the work immediately but as it was not urgent we were happy to wait and he kept us updated on his expected start date.
We are an established family business sanding,sealing,renovating all sorts of wooden floors including,parquet,blockwood,old or new your floors will look amazing when completed.We operate Bona machines with Bona trained technicians throughout the uk.
We used Western Flooring to sand our master bedroom. The price they offered was good and given the spec we gave them they did a good job. However there was a bit of miscommunication and there ended up being some disagreement with how the finish was looking. They did knock a bit off the price because of this, but were reluctant to actually do anything about it. I probably would use them again but would warn myself to be very precise about the work to be done.
