We are a small team of builders, who have worked in various areas of the building trade for years. We have experience in general building and roofing, from felting flat roofs to pitched tiles. The team constantly work with conservation areas too and are experienced in Garage and loft conversion conversions as well as internal work such as kitchens and bathrooms.
Called in the late morning, AWS turned up late afternoon, fixed one job, came back following morning and completed second. That's perfect service and I would recommend them with no reservations.

Norbert and Raymond delivered a very prompt quotation which was sufficiently detailed for me to make a decision on the work. They were keen and diligent throughout the project, working hard for a very fair price. Their attention to detail was excellent, they didn't skimp on quality and worked tirelessly for 7 continuous days to deliver as promised. I'm very pleased with the end result - a paved terraced garden engineered with drainage channels, brickwork and timbers. I can definitely recommend them for similar work.
We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Dan has done a beautiful job of replacing the missing bits of my Victorian staircase. He has displayed skill, imagination and creativity in doing this, making new spindles, a new bannister and some new tops to the newel posts, all to match exactly the original. It looks wonderful. I’m very happy with his work. He’s also a pleasant man to have in the house, being quiet, discreet, courteous and thoughtful. I recommend him unreservedly.
