I have public liability NVQ level three in Bricklaying The contractors are use the electrics and gas or certificate based. I have an architect and structural engineer I have used for 20 plus years so drawings/plans and calculations are not a problem. I have dealt with many building inspectors/ control and have a good relationship with them’. If you would like references from previous employers/ customers this is not a problem. The job was a small patio at the end of my garden. Good quality professional job, which is now weathering nicely. We had some minor difficulties with delivery schedules, but Adam overcame these with the minimum of bother to me.
