Vinny removed a rotting timber beam and replaced it with a steel beam. It sounds simple but I saw skill and experience producing an excellent job. Take my word for it because the beam is now hidden by a coat of render, looking exactly as it did before.

The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed.
