This company turned up on time in order to look at what was required and quote what I thought to be a fair price. Unfortunately after I had agreed for them to have the job. They failed to contact to finalise dates. So I had to find someone else.

The quality of the work was poor and he showed no respect for our home. He created unsafe steps in the decking and then increased the price to fix them. He made marks and paint stains on our flooring despite being asked to protect it. He left the doors open several times. When we refused to pay the balancing payment until the work was completed he stormed into the house and removed cupboard doors and lectured on trust and dealing with contractors. You get what you pay for but he was not worth the £.

This company has proved excellent in all respects. Simon the first caller, went above and beyond the view to correctly diagnose the source of our problems and thereby left the competition in the shade. Ray the surveyor was next in the scene, very competent and helpful. The icing on the cake were Stuart and James the fitters who did an excellent job and were a pleasure to have here. Full marks!

Mr Rob Robinson has come to my house to repair a leak in the roof in August 2018. Since August 2018 we have had to call Rob number of times. The roof is sill leaking and he is refusing to refund the money even tho I have offered £100 for his trouble to date. I have further damage inside the house due to the leak.The communication is poor and no sense of customer care. At this stage following few attempts I do not trust Rob can fix the leak and I hope he can do the right thing and refund the money paid!

Shame I can't give less than 1 rating. I paid for a service instead I had 2 teenage boys smoking and drinking cans which were then thrown in the garden which I ended up picking up. The newly laid turf is yellow because they did not water it before laying and kept walking on it. They did not provide the service they promised. I ended up planting trees myself as I wanted the workers to leave. The boss who promised me the world spent all day attending to personal calls. Absolutely shocking.

Gave a good quote which I accepted. I felt confident he knew his stuff and would do a good job. But then was a no-show. Offered some vague dates. Didn't hear anything for over a week. Got a message saying he'd had a family emergency (hope all was okay). A week later tried to call me once while I was out so I couldn't answer, but never tried to get back to me. Disappointing. Job still needs doing.

So after seeing a few tradesman for a quote to convert my garage I decided to go with Craig. I cannot recommend highly enough, he was always punctual and completed the work ahead of schedule. Was open to changes I had whilst the world was underway and was incredibly professional. I would advise anyone looking to hire Craig to look past the handful of negative reviews. I couldn't be happier with the work completed.

1. Jack of all trade, and master of none. 2. Competitive quote eventually turn into a hefty bill. 3. Gets really rude, defensive and blames the customer when confronted. 4. Too often finds himself "biting more than he can chew". 5. His calculations are always off and his estimates end up being unachievable. 6. Never run out of excuses for not showing up. 7. If you are very meticulous and like a very good finish, please avoid Blucity Ltd. 8. Uses inexperienced labourers that leave destruction in their wake.

2 storey extension ok initially organising others to come in and do work, had contract & payment plan from outset but as work went on communication became worse sometimes didn't turn up, no replies to messages etc ..no eye for detail in finishes had to get others to finish or put right his work.

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

DPG are a two man operation who seemed friendly and personable. They took £50 cash in advance for cutting the lawn and weeding as I had to work. They cut the lawn but did not weed or finish edging. I text for them to finish the job and they said they would come. However, they didn't turn up as agreed. They have avoided my calls for over a week now and failed to reply to all further calls/voicemail/texts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

Phil came on the 20th of September. We supose to have a quote in 2 days. Today is 11th of September and we still waitting. Dont bodered to contact them. We will never again trust someone with no ratings.
