George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Had a very positive with Mark and the Unique Lofts team for our loft conversion. I would highly recommend them. Michael and Brad (our team) were friendly, dedicated and hardworking. Liam came to sort my leaking roof on 1/11/19. Claimed there was more loose tiles on roof and charged me extra to put all of them in place- no pictures provided to prove this, like what other roofers do. Didn’t give me a receipt and promised to email this together with a 5 year guarantee he promised me for paying xtra. He ignored my texts and has now blocked my number. I’d never use him again and not I’m not even sure he even fixed the leak. Unprofessional, disgusting and don’t recommend. Wasted my £200.

Craig carried out some roof repairs these were completed, with some issues with scaffolding being put up and taken down. However an issue with guttering which he was due return to fix has not been dealt with despite trying to get hold of him on many occasions.
