George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. 'I'm not interested in your money, I'll come and do the last bit anyway' etc .Have not returned and not contactable. No guarantee for most of the work as just not providing one.

We specialise in all aspects of construction work. We are completely dedicated to our work and put our experience into the job to make our customers satisfied. We aim to do our best and succeed 100%.
One to be careful with is the electrician Ben. The work seems alright, but his advise left us with excessive lighting in Kitchen and sitting room and our decision against TV sockets in ALL rooms was interpreted as NO TV and phone socket at all, which then later had to be added at extra cost and left the choice of suppliers limited. His crew also did the plumbing and the bathroom installation and the later was not done to the general standard of U&U constructions work.

Done a great job fitting some new skirting boards, on am old house with lots of corners around fire places etc... Very friendly and helpful.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
