Coopers provided an excellent service. Jack came and reviewed the problem, showing me photos of the leak and damage, and gave various options and prices of what I could do. In the end, I decided on a full roof replacement along with guttering and soffits. I got them to fit a Velux window and sun tunnel too. The project management was excellent. Scaffolding came within a day and work started following Monday. The job was completed in four days to a professional standard. Highly recommended.

Peter installed the pipe as well as cleaned the gutter, and plugged up some gaps in the boards, waterproofed and sealed another board, and went above and beyond cleaning my conservatory gutter. This was in addition to my initial request. Will definitely call on him again in future.

Miroslaw is an exceptionally good builder. He installed a team in my house within about a week, they worked incredibly hard (and cleaned up nightly) and delivered top-notch work. He's totally reasonable about the quote, we added a few things on as we went with a quick agreement about the price change - none of the headaches that you normally have with builders. The basic work was done, but I’d agreed with mark that he does a number of other pieces of work because the price I’d agreed with him was too much for resetting of 30 or so bricks. But before I knew anything about it he’d taken down the scaffolding and packed up claiming he’d done everything possible. I’d paid handsomely for a days work, I got a couple of hours max.
