George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. He renovated a bathroom: boarded the staircase slope, plastered, tiled, updated electrics and fitted all sanitary ware. He levelled and laid the wooden floor, fitted skirting boards, installed 7 sliding pocket door systems with oak doors, and adjusted radiators/plumbing. Outstanding workmanship and quality. Coopers provided an excellent service. Jack came and reviewed the problem, showing me photos of the leak and damage, and gave various options and prices of what I could do. In the end, I decided on a full roof replacement along with guttering and soffits. I got them to fit a Velux window and sun tunnel too. The project management was excellent. Scaffolding came within a day and work started following Monday. The job was completed in four days to a professional standard. Highly recommended.

I hired this contractor to install laminate flooring and skirting boards, and I am extremely disappointed with the result. The finish looks amateurish, with visible gaps and poorly cut edges. To make matters worse, the price was initially agreed at £300, but once the work was 'finished,' he demanded £400 without prior notice. Since then, he has stopped responding to my calls and messages for weeks regarding necessary repairs. Save yourself the stress and hire a real professional instead.
