So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. I had ridge work carried out in Dec 22 by Lee’s team after which I had the dry verge work done. Within a few weeks pieces had fallen off. This was quickly ‘’repaired’’. Less than 8 months later pieces had fallen off again including the batten that had been used for fixing to the main roof. Lee, 5 months later, has failed to repair. I’m now left with no choice but to either, employ another builder, or the small claims court. Don’t trust these people to carry out any work to an acceptable standard.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate.
