Andrew is a nice bloke, always polite - the job took a bit longer then expected but overall I was very pleased and he and did lots of small extras jobs that he did not charge for. I would use again.
Stewart my work partner and myself Adam, combined have over 60 years experience in the building industry. Our primarily trades are carpentry/joinery, bricklaying, plumbing, plastering and landscaping. however Stewart and i alone have served lengthy apprenticeships with our fathers and right from the off have turned our hands to all aspects of the building trade. Most importantly we value our customers criteria and strive to go the extra mile in both keeping to strict rota and maintain the job is not only completed within the time frame but to a high standard. We honour our good reputation of being punctual and polite and most importantly easily approachable combined making it an easy working atmosphere which we feel is vitally important. We the team at Artisan's construction look forward to meeting new people and taking on new challenges, The dexterity of work we have undertaken is so varied but generally based around the property development aspect for example... extensions, loft conversions, renovations, layout alterations, roofing, ceramic tiling, landscaping and so much more. We have had years of dealings with building control planning and developing and a good able knowledge of using architectural drawings and structural engineers reports. Where and when appropriately we have an electrician and plumber on the team that can competently carry out works and sign off respectively. Responded very promptly to my ad and came within days to start the job. They had to order special materials, and Xmas and New Year intervened, but once the holiday was over, they were back at the task. Very professional, covered the carpets and flooring , tidied up everything and did a fantastic job on replacing the floor tiles and shower tray in our bathroom. Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done

Great workmanship, neat and tidy at the end of each day and able to get it all done against quite a tight timeline. They worked without excessive noise and happily accommodated working hour constraints as a result of shift work. Very good value and stuck to the quoted price.
