I started Glazing and Locks as a window, door and conservatory repair business around 2011 in response to the amount of glazing companies that had gone out of business leaving their customers with no guarantees. The business has now moved on through demand and today we provide a full repair and home improvement service from changing a window handle right through to a full house refurbishment. We have had the pleasure over the years of working with private home owners, domestic and commercial landlords, housing associations, holiday parks and care homes.

2 repairs out 3 successfully fixed. Promised to come back and repair the felt repair that had the glue come from a tile that had moved in the loft but didn't grant it as promised. Paid good money for the repair, so only fair to think this would of been done to a satisfactory standard as promised.

Coming after a bad experience with a very slow tradesman, it was such a relief and pleasure to deal with Dave Ellingford. From initial quote to completion of job he was absolutely reliable and a good job was done by his friendly guys in an unbelievably quick time. Jamie and his colleague did an excellent job for us. (April ) They supplied and painstakingly fitted six internal doors, fitted a new garage side door and mended our back gate. Arrived promptly and were extremely polite courteous and tidy - working with barely a break for two days! Excellent price. Very rude person. Unreliable. Came and saw my roof three times. Still leaking. He only will come back if you give him an incentive (my incentive was I had other family members close by wanting repairs) otherwise he will make excuses and say leave it with me and give no indication when he will come after asking several times. He has checked my roof three times and claims he is an expert but has failed to identify the issue. He will just do a shoddy job to just get onto his next job. Will not recommend.
