Took pictures to show me where the problems lay, quoted and then took pictures of what was put in to fix the problem. Very reliable and thorough in the job. I won't be using scs again. The standard was average. Dust still on blinds, on top of mirrors etc. Agreed for two cleaners for eight hours, but they finished after six to go to another job. Also I was only told five minutes before cleaners arrived that they wanted paying in hand. Due to the late notice. I didn't have cash or cheque to hand. I paid by bacs immediately after, taking three days to clear, but was still rung by the owner who yelled at me that I hadn't paid.

The man put some plastic beading around my bath. The first time I used it (3 days later) it peeled away from the wall. He should have filled the bath first to prevent this happening. On the plus side, he didn't respond to my complaint so at least I hadn't paid him for the complete waste of time!
