He provides his own purified water so does not need access to the property for water. He uses no cleaning products which is very environmentally friendly. The purified water leaves no marks at all. 2 repairs out 3 successfully fixed. Promised to come back and repair the felt repair that had the glue come from a tile that had moved in the loft but didn't grant it as promised. Paid good money for the repair, so only fair to think this would of been done to a satisfactory standard as promised.
