Paul was very prompt with providing a fixed priced quotation which was within budget. He was available to start immediately and arrived the next day at time agreed. He put in a full days work everyday, and would work on to finish what he had programmed if necessary. He was very tidy and had all the tools and dust sheets required. We used M&L to replace our consumer unit, replace central heating controls and to re-skim a floor. The service was excellent. Matt contacted us to confirm the appointment, gave an accurate quote and charged a very reasonable rate for additional bits I asked him to do. i've been a specialist in fibreglass flatroofing for 7 years but exspanded my knolegde to building work for the past 2 years covering all aspects of work from painting too exstenstions, im a reliable person and my main aim is a satified customer.
