He replied to messages quickly, turned up when he said he would, and was correct that our tree had in fact died. Did a reasonable job of the actual repairs but hired scaffolders who left equipment blocking our garden gate, driveway and public path for over 6 weeks. Tom started ignoring calls and texts and wouldn't supply the contact details of the scaffolders. Only emailing Tom with a threat of reporting them to the HSE prompted any action. While Tom can't be held responsible for the scaffolders, his lack of communication or support was a huge letdown

Showed up didn’t have the tile required even after sending pictures of the roof Said they would come back. The day they were due back the van was in for MOT apparently and I got up for the job after being on a nightshift and had no communication . Said they still wanted the job. Give me another day. I asked for a time then basically just ignored me rather than just say they didn’t want the job. Horrendous communication skills. Avoid!

the pavement stone work was fine, but the cladding stones are falling off. I thought it was just few, but now I have at least five pieces falling off.

SB called, came by to give quote. Started and finished the job, for a fair price, all within 2 hours. I would hire them again, no problem.
