I found Matthew to be very honest and trustworthy ,he explained what needed doing without trying to fob me off with some tall stories ,he was clean and tidy at all times ,very polite ,not afraid of hard work ,in fact one very cold night he was still working in the dark to make sure everything was working ok ,I would highly recommend Matthew to anybody ,in fact I have told all my many friends about him and his clean and tidy work ,excellient work,very reliable ,very good value. Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Started off very well. Putting on the tiles was extremely good but the grouting was a different ballgame. Not that good I'm afraid. Some parts not the best and grout dried out all over every tile which took 2 1/2 hours to clean off. Very surprised.

Martin was quick to make contact with me and arrange a time to quote. He came to my house with his wife and they were able to give me really good advice and a quote on the spot which was appreciated.
