Geoff at moss building maintainance was fantastic! I located his business via rated people after my elderly grandmother suffered a leak causing a ceiling too fall leaving the room needing a full replaster and redecoration. From the start Geoff was always helpful, he was punchal for our appointment & once instructed always in contact with updates on work. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. I would recommend this company to anyone asking for a similar job request. My neighbours have asked for contact details of the builder after seeing the work completed.

Highly recommended both lads worked tirelessly even in the rain to get the job finished on time. Worked immaculately tidied up every day and left the site spotless once they had finished. Paving and block work skills are 110% . We had a very old drain which other trades said would need to be dug out and moved costing ££££s Warren and Ridge managed to overcome this obstacle and finished the paving to a very high standard. A very honest team which is very rare these days. Highly recommended.
