Gareth came forward for the job to screed/self level our kitchen/diner, passageway and utility room and came and gave me a quote, he gave us a great price for what we were getting done so we went with him. He was punctual and cracked on with the job straightaway he got on with the kitchen and passageway 1st and then came back when asked for the utility also he said if any problems he would come back and sort it. Lovely lad great job would definitely recommend

Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started. Everyone in the office are extremly helpful and the workmen are friendly and trustworthy and became part of the family after a few weeks.We have had no problems and we are very happy with the end result, I would highly reccomend this company and would have them back. Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.
