Not very happy. The company (Paul) didnt finish the job and I had to pay out more than I had withheld (£50) to another tradesman to complete the job. The work that was completed was satisfactory but in view of the job not being finished cannot rate them well. Also never got my keys back despite numerous pleas. Not reliable at all.

Hi thanks for looking at my profile. My name is Jon, I am time served tradesman NVQ Level 3, I have gained vast experience in17 years that i have been plastering, internal, external, specialist, external rendering systems. I have a very good reputation.
Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

I cannot praise this firm enough. They removed my old boiler & fitted a new one . Also removing the gas fire & back boiler. Ben & his team were fantastic. They were efficient polite & friendly & nothing was too much trouble for them. Even when I added a couple of extra jobs! It was all done in a few days & left clean & tidy. After initially being fantastic they have now dissapeared,we have been chasing them for 3 months and been fobbed off. So they happily took our £5000 and have left us with a kitchen island that is falling apart and all the plastering around our new window that they installed has been damaged/ripped off and just left like that (even though they did the plastering in the first place), we now have to pay someone else to do it - which we cant afford as our money went to these guys. Completely let us down.

Excellent work very reliable. No additional charges from the quote given which was very competitive. Finished in a reasonable time, even did few minor jobs in addition. Also cleaned up well when finished. Would definitely use for other jobs.
Qualified electrician and part p compliant and time served chippie. With my business partner being qualified plumber ex gas safe also a time served plaster. With over 60 years experience of the building trade between us. Always happy to survey and assess customers needs before quoting to make sure we and our customers are happy with the work to be done.
Job done to a good standard. However, still awaiting certificate. Messaged a few times and they said it was in the post but still nothing received.

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.
