Ryan was punctual at all times. His communication skills are excellent. Ryan and the team worked efficiently and effectively. The finish on the job was good. I believe that he diagnosed correctly the problem with the roof. I can’t confirm yet whether the leak has been resolved. I’ll have to wait until it rains!

I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Sergiu is a true expert: precise, detail-oriented and equipped with professional tools. He was on site daily, took full ownership and can handle any job. He renovated a bathroom: boarded the staircase slope, plastered, tiled, updated electrics and fitted all sanitary ware. He levelled and laid the wooden floor, fitted skirting boards, installed 7 sliding pocket door systems with oak doors, and adjusted radiators/plumbing. Outstanding workmanship and quality. Highly recommended.

John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.
