James arrived punctually. He was able to assess what needed doing very quickly and set to work. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself and made sure we were happy with the results. He even hung up the curtains on the newly installed curtains rail for us. Sadly as much as the extension looks fine on the outside, there have been too many issues behind the scenes that we have had to get remedied, which has been a huge additional ongoing cost to us. The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. We now wish we that we had engaged someone else.

He was very good at the job and finished on time etc. The one thing I found slightly annoying was the urgency to finish the job and get the money, ie insisting that he paints the fence even though it was forecast to almost certainly rain that day and receiving multiple calls from his wife etc to our pressure. Overall though I am pleased with the end result and will use him again if given a chance
