Hello and thanks for looking at my profile. I have a great interest in how spaces work for my clients and I find it amazing how I can totally transform how a space looks and feels. I absolutely love designing spaces and have the skillsets of doing all of the work myself. A lot of people entrust me to design the spaces for them and choose and source all of the materials I use. Of course people may want to do this themselves and I can happily work with provided materials if that is your wish. Each job is different and has its own challenges but with my imagination and experience I transform homes. I am also a trained decorator and provide a high standard of finish. I'm a very friendly and trustworthy person and understand the importance of being respectful in someones home. As you can see in my ratings, people have said lovely things about me over the years. I always think it's nice to have someone provide a great service for you when they genuinely love what they do. I'm very lucky to have the abilities to do the work I do. Neal.

This is the first time I have used this company but wouldn't hesitate to anyone. Neal came to my home to repair an outdoor canopy. 2 days later the canopy was complete and transformed, Neal took every bit of rubbish ,the area was spotless.Neal was respectful and courteous throughout his time in my home.

I am so impressed with the work carried out by Multitrade. They completed all the work (stairs, two built in cupboards, architraves, skirting boards, 30msq of wood flooring) to a VERY high standard and at all times considered my budget. Suggestions were made along the way on ways that would improve the job. Multitrade are also able to recommend a quality plasterer (Craig - Plaster Right) which worked well. Between them they could agree on what work was needed when so that they could work around each other. Provide plenty of tea to wet their whistle and you can be sure you will get a quality result. Any more work I have to do will be done by Mack - they are clean, polite, tidy and fast workers. They even left the remaining materials for my possible future use rather than taking away what I had paid for. Thoroughly recommended.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
