He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure the work was carried out to a high standard. The new subfloor is solid, level, and has made a huge difference to the room.
