My customer and I were very happy with the work. The finish was very good and they responded well to my customers ever changing demands. Will like as not use them on future tiling projects as there finsih is much better than I can achieve. Good value for money.

Hired John to remove excess carpet,underlay and laminate waste. Fair price, punctual, nice and tidy work. Would love to get him back for any building maintenance work in future.

I would highly recommend Zak and his team. My conservatory roof had been leaking for quite a while. Zak explained what he would do before the visit which gave me the confidence that he was an expert in his field. The roof was repaired and serviced competently and thoroughly. I've been reassured with a guarantee . Zak also took the time to repair a bathroom window which was poorly sealed at a very reasonable rate. Overall I'm so pleased I hired Zak and Mark - they were professional and trustworthy.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
