We cover all aspects of drainage from clearing blocked sinks, baths, toilets, stack pipes, gullies, manhole chambers, foul and surface water systems etc. to new installations, repairs, CCTV surveys and soak-away installations. we carry out preventive maintenance on properties such as restaurants, pubs etc. We do drive way and patio cleaning by using H.P.W Jetting to bring your tired looking patio or drive way back to life. We here at Maxin Drains offer a friendly and knowledgeable service and we aim to give the best service possible. We are fully insured and have public liability cover. Our vehicles are fully equipped with all drain clearing equipment from plungers to H.P.W Jetting machine. We also carry on board a wet vac, mops, buckets and disinfectant so you can rest assured that we are able to leave the area clean and sanitized.

Shane arrived on time, completed the job to our satisfaction sooner and in less time than he first estimated and it looks good. He was polite and listened carefully to what we needed and discussed the project in detail. He cleaned up well after himself. He recently started out on his own after working for someone else which may be why he doesn't have many ratings yet.

After waiting two years for the bloke to rectify my loose slabs I wouldn’t recommend this bloke to anybody . They became loose after nine months and after lots of promises to come back and do the job properly failed to do so.

I had several very large bushes which I needed to be removed. When the team arrived to remove them we found that the trunks were much bigger than previously thought with roots growing under the paving stones. Haydn's team put a huge amount of effort into getting the job done and removed all the debris and garden rubbish that I had asked them to take. They gave a very good price and I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend them.

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.
