After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

We had a change of plan and decided to have our en suite shower cubicle ripped out and replaced (it was old and leaking). Lee made several suggestions as to style and colour which have worked really well. It looks really great. We were very satisfied with the qualiry of his workmanship, timekeeping and reliability. I have grown up on a construction site and have always had a good hand in lead ever since I was 4 years old. I had worked with my father doing plumbing and by the time I was 13 years old I was a part time partner in his company, I further went to college and qualified in level 2 NVQ Plumbing and had carried a full-term apprenticeship, creating a portfolio. Once finishing my qualifications I became a full time partner in my father’s general building company which entailed doing, extensions, refurbs, plumbing and heating, kitchen & bathroom refurbishments, new builds, roofing and lead work. Jack did a good neat job sealing the UPVC of my bay windows to the concrete sill. He also he repaired and filled a patch in a stud wall and refixed the speaker bracket that had come away causing the hole in the first place. He was on time, very helpful and cleaned up thoroughly. I appreciated the fact that, although small jobs, Jack treated them just the same way as a large extension. I'm happy to recommend him and will certainly call him again if I need to.

I was over whelmed by the very early start which in this weather I can understand but how quickly this size of tree was removed worked non stop respected my neighbours property and cleared and removed all materials and logs no damage considering the size of tree..
