After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

This was quite a difficult job. Ali didn't appreciate how big the radiator was, and that it would need two people to install it. Also he didn't have experience working with a heat pump so wasn't able to get the system running to test after installation. But he gave it a good go and we got there in the end. I'm happy with the work and would use him again.

They picked up the job very quickly so I used the first person that called, how stupid was I, overcharged me for the job at hand all rubbish left behind, the leaking toilet pipe which they replaced still leaking and are not returning to fix even after numerous txt and phone calls and charged separately for this, not happy at all

This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Hass from Comforooms had a tricky problem to investigate the cause of a leaky shower that had caused damage. It was more complicated than initially thought, but Hass pin-pointed the issues and explained what was required. He and his workmen were very skilled and tidy. Blocked toilet - he agreed to come in the earlier part of the morning, then it kept slipping back - until it was the next day. No confidence that he'd turn up then. Only one toilet so it was urgent so I found someone else. May be a good plumber, no idea, but postponing an urgent job after agreeing to do it means I won't offer work again.
