Richard fitted a new unvented hot water tank for us in our loft. He was very professional with the quotation and booking the install, and the tank and pipework undertaken looks really well thought out, well fitted and organised. The work was completed in the 3 day schedule anticipated except for one minor glitch with the smart controller which was sorted first thing the next morning. They did not disappoint once the customer's expectation of quality and his 'no compromise' approach were fully understood. The job took longer than anticipated - to HPS's credit they did not cut any corners and worked through to completion without leaving the job half finished.
