Luis did a great job throughout. From initial discussion on the phone to follow up text, he’s done exactly what we discussed and accommodated an extra light (that I’d forgot we needed doing). He arrived on time, took the time to run through everything before starting and took pride in his work inc tidying up and ready for us to enjoy the new lights and sockets. Would happily recommend!

Done the job ok, but took 1.5 hours to complete a 45 minute job! Shockley cost me £300 to have a hob installed with most of the existing pipe work used.

The Bread and Butter As we say Up North ‘You don’t get owt for nowt’. In other words, you don’t get anything back if you don’t put anything in. At least that’s what we like to think. You pay month in month out, but then, if you need to make a claim the insurance companies make it into such a faff that you end up walking away with a scrap of what you deserve, or sometimes not even bothering. So, really you may as well have paid nowt in the first place. We see loads of these cases, where insurance companies bewilder their customers with jargon and loopholes to put them off claiming, and quite frankly it’s not on. This is where we come in. If you need to make a claim, we cut out the nonsense. After battling with a building insurance claim for over one year by myself I came across Reinstate. Andrew Hall came to visit the property very quickly. After the visit, a scope of work was sent back to me within 2 working days. Once the payout was confirmed, Andrew revisited the property with the building director. The result met my expectation and was completed on time. I can't thank him enough for the help provided.
