Hired Chris for my parents’ bathroom based on positive reviews, but our experience was disappointing. He rewired things incorrectly in the hallway and didn’t return to fix it. He left the extractor fans unfinished and never completed the job, despite charging £550. My parents paid in good faith, trusting the reviews. He has ignored all contact and still hasn’t provided the bathroom work certificate. Would not recommend.

Ralph, Bart, and the team renovated our new home in Croydon. From first coming to quote through to completion Bart was brilliant to deal with. The quality of the work was excellent and the team were super professional. Great communication, transparent costings; provided great advice on materials and parts of the design.
