Andrew and the team at Orchard County Builders were great from start to finish. Andrew started promptly and the work has been completed to an excellent standard, he even went above and beyond with a few extra tasks, clearing away the rubble, mess and materials that were in addition to his work from our renovation. Very disappointed with this “tradesman” and his work. Things went well initially with Mervyn helping to design our bathroom refurb. The work itself seemed to go reasonably well but he when he was called back to fix a leak in the shower this wasn’t done adequately. More and more silicone was added, without fixing the leak. Eventually, when the shower leaked so badly that water poured through our living room ceiling, this guy wouldn’t even answer his phone. My advice would be to avoid.

Wish I could have given a 6 or 10 here. Tony is the best tradesman I have ever had in my house. His attention to detail is excellent and you just know he is the best in his trade. Fair prices and I am very pleased with the tiling in my new bathroom. Would highly recommend.

Specialists in replacing roofs, slates or tiles. I source and supply all materials saving the customer time and hassle researching the materials. All of the materials I use are of the highest standard. I always supply samples of tiles or slates to ensure we get what suits best for your property and price range. I also do new build houses from wall plate to finish and fit fascia boards and soffits. Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade. All of my jobs are completed to a high standard and come with a 10 year warranty.
