I had purchased my own CCTV system & asked MSS to install this. Was happy with price for labour which was very reasonable. Also asked him to upgrade the internal fire alarms. When I realised CCTV system was not of a very good standard I asked him back to install a superior system. Was delighted with price & his workmanship. Nothing I asked was too much bother. Would definitely recommend him.

The costs certainly added up although I was told of the costs beforehand. Little surprised when the engineer asked for cash on the day which I wasn't able to do, so had to pay through online banking instead.

I have over 19 years experience in the aerial & satellite industry. I pride myself on giving the customer exactly what they need at the right price. My work is always neat and tidy & completed to a very high standard.

The quality of the work is truly woeful, in fact the owner of the firm agreed, still they left the work unfinished and have just walked off with over £5000 of our money in their pockets, our new roof still leaks and the materials I requested swapped for the cheapest available, the roof looks even from ground level ridiculously uneven. We have decided to get another firm in to finish the work and will be chasing these "people" though the small claims court for the costs, stress and inconvenience.
