I'd give no stars if I could. I got a barely understandable text that came at gone midnight telling me he was coming to do my jobe at my home. That was his spelling. I have posted more than 1 job and not only was most of his text illegible but also incoherent. I don't know which jobe he was asking about, but given that, my jobe will go without being done.

Derek contacted me straight away to arrange a visit and quote. Straight away Derek’s presentation and attention to detail pleased me. This project was to update my mother in laws downstairs shower room, Derek recommended a retail outlet for the equipment with assistance over choices. We chose and accepted his quote, which included dismantling the existing fixtures and some build parts of the cramped room. All waste was removed, the project was completed 100% in just over 6 days to satisfaction, recommended.

James arrived punctually. He was able to assess what needed doing very quickly and set to work. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself and made sure we were happy with the results. He even hung up the curtains on the newly installed curtains rail for us. The whole process was a nightmare. We were given a quote by Kieran which we accepted. The job was cancelled 4 times at the last minute on each occasion through a variety of reasons. We tried to re-arrange each time but it was always cancelled. After the 4th time we gave up and cancelled the job as it is frankly too unreliable and we need someone professional. We are now failing to get our deposit back as apparently unused materials cannot be returned. He wants to just dump it on our driveway. Avoid using!
