I am very unhappy for Zohaib Talib's service from Top Freeze Ltd. He got my money but didn't fix my oven's problem. He never showed up, and never contacted me again once I found he didn't complete his job. It's already 4 weeks, but he broke his promise twice, and never showed up. I tried to complaint to Top Freeze, they only asked my contact details, but one day has passed, and still not contact me again.

A shame it doesn’t look a match to the rest of the house now. Called to ask for payment seconds after finishing. When I hadn’t got home had a chance to check it myself. My friend next door took a pic for me. He was quite over assertive and I paid because I didn’t want to argue. Reasonable value.

Chad was a brilliant find. Not only did he come to view the broken hob he also helped me get one that would fit into the worktop. Chad was very thorough, he took the old one out and got all the measurements. The one I wanted was too big by 2 cms. I’d highly recommend Chad to anyone who wants electrical work. He’s a top bloke!
