Explained the job and took pictures to show what further work needed to be done. returned to site the following day to complete the job and carry out a deep clean of the air conditioning units (this although originally unplanned was definitely needed i have asked for a quote for additional units for the site

The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website

Shocking work. Was quoted £1000 for the job of shower fit, tiling, moving a few pipes under the floor and sink and toilet. Colin FORGET to put the centre connecting chrome part on the shower panels...he cut the expensive panels short.....the tiling was shocking and so was the grouting.....he came with an apprentice whom had only been learning plumbing for a year and I suspect he may of done the work. We have paid him £500....but we have had to get a new tradesman in to redo the work. Have pics to prove!!

I learned my trade in Spain and became Spains Porcelanosa Specialist Tiler and a Master Tiler, I have spent 20 years working on new builds and reforms in England, Spain, Portugal and Italy where I used all types of tiles including both marble and natural stone.. and have recently returned back to the uk with my family. I do full bathroom refurbishments including plumbing, plastering and rendering.
Fantastic job conducted by decline and Josh. We had three other tilers previous to look at the job which was to tile around a media wall just installed around a log burner. Previous tilers could not do the job due to lack of knowledge and experience with media walls but decline was there to the rescue. Decline was always on time and very professional and now we have a fantastic tiled media wall done to perfection. Thank you decline and Josh and we will definitely be using you again.
Darren provided practical solutions to an unusual build, and a proper estimate. As the work was about to start the spec' changed a few times, and Darren was helpful with that. We agreed a new price and signed a straightforward agreement. Security was never an issue - we had no issue with giving Darren keys and access. He turned up when he said he would and always went through the issues of the day and the progress of the day on site and on the phone. The project has worked out really well, and it has been a very good working relationship. We have no hesitation in recommending Darren - he was helpful throughout, including managing the occassional curved ball. He runs work from a joinery led perspective, and has a wide range of understanding about the other trades and what should happen when. A pleasure to work with!

Anthony was very organised from the beginning. His Quotation was well informed about the scope of work to be covered withina cost. He was reasonably priced and worked within my budget. Although the timescale for delivery overran, the quality of work made up for time lost. I will recommend him any day.
