Great experience, turned up early worked hard throughout the day. Good communication and left the site tidy.
Asked them to do a big job (over 50 Sqm including under tile heating over 4 rooms) and at very short notice and they could not have done a more efficient job. I trusted them in my house alone for the 5 days and they left it tidy and clean and we're extremely polite and helpful. They filled us in with all the details we wanted to know and we're very contactable. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. What can I say. Darrell is amazing. The workmanship is beyond perfect. Darrell listens to what you want and carries out the job to the highest quality and finish. My boiler has never looked so good. The pipework is beautiful. when british gas put it in I had pipes left right and centre all higgeldy piggledy. Darrell has straightened them up neatly. Thank you Darrell. Brilliant job well done.
